Right to Education Act 2009

Right to Education Act is all about, 1)Every child between the ages of 6 to 14 years has the right to free and compulsory education. This is stated as per the 86th Constitution Amendment Act added Article 21A. 2)The government schools shall provide free education to all the children and the schools will be managed by school management committees (SMC). 3)Private schools shall admit at least 25% of the children in their schools without any fee.

The above three are the main features of the Right to Education Act but all three are waste in front of next, 4)No child shall be held back, expelled, or required to pass a board examination until completion of elementary education.

Means{from Class 1 to Class 8} no one can be failed or held back then what is the use of that education. Those who don't study they will also get passed but what will happen after that? They will not be able to stand in competition. I don't want to critisize the Right to Education Act, 86th amendment was done before 6 years & parliment passed in 2009 I was really happy but not for long time. I just want to say remove the feature of not to be failed, also the private schools have increased their fees that should be controlled.

There are so many teachers who don't teach they just go to classroom & now they will not have any problem, they will never teach students because the student should be passed or school will be fined 10000 Rs.
So My Question is Very Simple What is Use of Right To Education?

JAI HIND.
